Viewing Events

  • Who can view my event?

    Only the people you invite can view your event details.

  • How do I see events I’ve been invited to?

    To see all events you’ve been invited to:

    1. Sign up or Login  to FundSocially using the email address your invitation was sent to.
    2. You’re instantly taken to your Events Dashboard, where you will see your Upcoming Events and Past Events

  • Where can I see more details about an event?

    FundSocially makes it simple to see all the details about the event in one place. Every event has an Event Hub, a central location where you can access all the tools you need to plan successfully.

    To view the Event Hub:

    1. Log in to FundSocially using the email address your invitation was sent to.
    2. Click on the event to go to its Event Hub

  • Can I see other guests who are attending?

    Yes, all invited guests can view the guest list and each guest’s RSVP status.

    To see the guest list:

    1. Log in to FundSocially using the email address your invitation was sent to.
    2. Click on the event to go to its Event Hub
    3. Click on Guests underneath the main event information

  • What happened to all of my past events?

    Events are removed from your Events Dashboard 30 days after the event has passed. This means that everything under that event - including event details, to-do lists, polls, discussions, guest list, messages, and contributions - are deleted and can no longer be accessed.
